Ian is a member of Marcus Partners’ Development team. Ian’s primary responsibilities include the day-to-day management of Foundry at Drydock. Additionally, Ian assists on new development pursuits across the Metro Boston region.

Ian joined Marcus Partners from Greystar Development Group where he was a Senior Development Analyst. Prior to his time at Greystar, Ian worked in the acquisitions group at UBS Realty Investors.

Ian received a B.S. from the University of Connecticut.
