Ian is a Senior Associate in Marcus Partners' Asset Management group, based in the firm's Metro New York office. His work focuses on asset management across the firm's portfolio.

Previously, Ian was a member of the firm's Development team, where he focused on Foundry at Drydock, a life science campus in Boston’s Seaport, along with other development opportunities across the Metro Boston region. Prior to joining Marcus Partners, Ian was a Senior Development Analyst at Greystar Development Group. Earlier in his career, he worked in the acquisitions group at UBS Realty Investors.

Ian received a B.S. from the University of Connecticut.
