Acquisitions

Marcus Partners and its affiliates have acquired and developed approximately 25M square feet of commercial real estate since the early 1990’s. Marcus Partners is currently investing its $875 million Marcus Capital Partners Fund V, LP on behalf of a diverse group of investors, including endowments, universities, foundations, pension funds, family offices, and our team members. Throughout our history, we have acquired assets both as a sole owner and in conjunction with partners.

In addition to extensive experience with the adaptive reuse, renovation, and repositioning of commercial real estate, Marcus Partners and its affiliates have completed or are in the process of completing over $3.5 billion in development projects, spanning more than 11 million square feet across all property types.
