As Head of Construction, Josh leads the firm’s construction team. He is also keenly involved in the firm’s industrial and build-to-suit manufacturing developments in the Metro Boston region.

Prior to Marcus Partners, Josh was a Project Executive with JLL’s New England Construction team. Josh currently serves as a Chairman on the Board of Directors at Rebuilding Together Boston.

Josh received a B.A. from Colby College.
