Marcus Partners Completes More Than 236,000 SF of New Leasing in Andover and Bellingham
Leasing Activity Highlights Demand for Well-Located, Modern Industrial Facilities
Marcus Partners today announced that it has executed more than 236,000 square feet of new leasing activity across its Metro Boston logistics portfolio, reflecting the ongoing demand for highly functional, metro-centric industrial space.
In Bellingham, Marcus Partners has completed a full-building lease at 206 Mechanic Street (124,000 SF) with New England Appliance Group, an independent retailer cooperative. The transaction brings the recently delivered facility to 100% occupancy.
At 4 Executive Place in Andover (168,000 SF), Red Thread—a workplace design and integration firm—has committed to a 96,000-square-foot, long-term lease. PEAK Events, a New England event equipment provider, has signed a long-term lease for 16,000 square feet.

Building on this leasing momentum, the firm recently closed on 2 Commerce Drive in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, and commenced construction on the first phase of a two-phase, ground up development featuring 125,000 SF and 275,000 SF state-of-the-art logistics facilities. The project has garnered strong tenant interest and further demonstrates the Firm’s commitment to delivering modern, efficient buildings in prime industrial locations.
