Marcus Partners Elevates Michael Ferrucci to SVP, Asset Management

Marcus Partners, a real estate investment, management and development firm, has announced that Michael Ferrucci is now Senior Vice President of Asset Management. Ferrucci will lead asset management and portfolio strategies in the Boston region, with a goal of achieving superior performance for each asset and the portfolio as a whole. He joined Marcus Partners in January 2018 and has been an integral part of the acquisition team’s transactions in the Metro Boston and New York markets. Most recently as Vice President, Investments, he has been involved in the company’s acquisition strategy: sourcing, analyzing, financing and acquiring investment opportunities.

Before joining Marcus Partners, Ferrucci worked for AEW Capital Management in the Direct Investments Group with a focus on industrial, multifamily, and office properties along the East Coast. He received a B.S. from Catholic University and is an active member of NAIOP, SIOR and REFA.
