Marcus Partners Acquires Aventon Nora in Raleigh

Marcus Partners, a real estate investment, management, and development firm, has acquired Aventon Nora, a 372-unit, Class A apartment community in North Raleigh, North Carolina. This is the firm's second multifamily investment in the Raleigh-Durham market and expands the portfolio of its new Southeast Regional office.
