Andrew serves as Vice President, Development and leads the execution of large-scale projects. Over his five years with the firm, he has been involved across multiple asset classes – including life science, industrial, and multifamily – guiding projects through concept, entitlements, design, lease up and delivery. Andrew’s notable work includes the completion of Foundry at Drydock, a 262,000 SF ground-up life science development in the Boston Seaport, and Munters North American Headquarters, a 432,000 SF highly sustainable build-to-suit manufacturing facility.

Prior to joining Marcus Partners, Andrew spent 11 years at Skanska, a global development and construction company, where he contributed to the delivery of complex construction and development projects in Greater Boston across multiple asset types.

He holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering Management from Purdue University and an MBA from Boston University.
