Caitlin Walker is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day project insights and operations for 582 Kelley Boulevard as well as assisting in the pursuit of new opportunities in the Greater Boston area.

Prior to joining Marcus Partners, Caitlin worked for Bozzuto Development Company as a Development Manager in the Boston market. Caitlin comes with 12 years of experience in multifamily and has consulted on over 50 new communities in predevelopment stages. She was responsible for collaborating with owners during all stages of their development, including schematic design review, amenity and building programming, unit mix recommendations as well as design review, interior design review, market analysis, and income/expense projections.

Caitlin received a B.S. from the New England Institute of Art.
