Caitlin is responsible for Asset Management of the multifamily portfolio, with a focus on driving performance, optimizing operations, and supporting long-term value creation across the firm’s residential investments. In this role, she works closely with joint venture partners, property managers, and internal teams to oversee leasing strategy, capital planning, and overall portfolio health.

In addition to her asset management responsibilities, Caitlin supports the 582 Kelley Boulevard development and assists in the pursuit of new multifamily development opportunities.

Prior to joining Marcus Partners, Caitlin was a Development Manager at Bozzuto Development Company, where she spent over a decade in the multifamily sector and consulted on more than 50 new communities during their predevelopment stages. Her experience includes schematic design review, amenity and unit mix programming, architectural and interior design oversight, market analysis, and underwriting support.

Caitlin holds a B.S. from the New England Institute of Art.
