David is a Senior Advisor and previously served as a Principal and the firm's New York Metro Regional Director, where he directed the firm's investment activities across the region. He brings more than 45 years of experience in the acquisition, leasing, management, development, construction, and design of commercial real estate. David is also a member of the firm's Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Marcus Partners, David served as Senior Vice President of Davis Marcus Partners for 11 years, where he was responsible for acquisitions, development, leasing, and oversight of property management for the Connecticut office. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Partner of Philip Johnson, Ritchie and Fiore Architects in NYC where he practiced architecture for 17 years.

David received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Penn State University.
