David is a Senior Advisor and served as Chief Financial Officer until 2022.

Prior to joining Marcus Partners in 2009, David worked for 15 years at Davis Marcus Partners, most recently as the Co-COO and CFO where he was responsible for a variety of functions including accounting department oversight, human resources management, investor relations, and property due diligence, acquisitions, financings and sales.

Prior to Davis Marcus Partners, David served as a Vice President in commercial real estate at Shawmut Bank and an Assistant Vice President for acquisitions at Krupp Realty and Development. He is a retired Commander in the U.S. Navy.

David holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College, an M.S. in Business Administration from Boston University, and an M.S. in Management from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.
