Levi Reilly is the Head of Development for Marcus Partners. Levi leads the firm’s Development group, which is responsible for the firm’s ground-up development and redevelopment projects. Levi is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. In 2024, Levi was appointed to Governor Healey’s Unlocking Housing Production Commission for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Levi is a member of NAIOP Massachusetts’ Gavel Leadership, serves on the ULI New England Advisory Board, and is Co-Chair of the ULI Boston Market Council.

Levi joined Marcus Partners from Skanska USA Commercial Development, where he led the Los Angeles development group after having spent four years with Skanska in Boston.

Levi earned a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Oregon State University.
