Marcus Partners, a real estate investment, management, and development firm, announced the close of its acquisition of Panther Riverside Parc, a 280-unit, multifamily community located in Atlanta’s Sandtown submarket. The off-market transaction was sourced directly from Panther Residential in partnership with ECI Group, a long-standing multifamily owner, operator, and developer with deep experience in Atlanta.

Marcus Partners, a real estate investment, management, and development firm, has acquired Creekside Distribution Center, a 538,500-square-foot Class A industrial asset in Atlanta, Georgia. Adding to the firm’s track record of owning or developing over 8 million square feet of industrial properties, Creekside Distribution Center represents its first Atlanta industrial asset.
