Marcus Partners Recruits Paul Stromberg as SVP

Marcus Partners, a real estate investment, management and development firm, today announced that Paul Stromberg has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President of Asset Management.

Stromberg is a well-known commercial real estate expert and will work with Marcus Partners’ Principal Andrew Dolinsky. This appointment demonstrates Marcus Partners’ commitment to expanding its footprint in the Washington D.C. Metro area.

Paul’s seasoned skills and broad network will provide us a strong advantage in executing business plans, further establishing our investment in multiple property types in the region, and continuing to grow our presence in the region,” said Dolinsky.

Prior to joining Marcus Partners, Stromberg served as Senior Director of Asset Management for Carr Properties in Washington D.C. where he managed a portfolio of more than 2 million square feet of office and retail space. He worked with two Carr family entities for more than 18 years in increasingly important roles, covering Washington D.C., Denver, Dallas, Austin, Salt Lake City and Chicago.
