Marcus Partners Signs More Than 70,000 Square Feet of Leases at Fairview Park

Marcus Partners announced that Balfour Beatty, an international commercial construction company, has signed a lease for approximately 20,000 square feet at 3180 Fairview Park in Falls Church, VA. Additionally, Capital Caring Health recently occupied more than 50,000 square feet in the building for its corporate headquarters. Together, these tenants bring the newly renovated campus to 90% leased.

“Our recent renovation has created a best-in-class work environment with highly desirable amenities that allow our tenants to attract and retain top talent in a competitive employment market,” said Andrew Dolinsky, Principal at Marcus Partners. “The property offers easy highway access, providing tenants’ employees with maximum commuting flexibility,” Dolinsky added.

The extensive amenity program introduced key new elements to the building including Bistro in the Park: a high-end eatery with fresh food options prepared daily; collaborative indoor and outdoor gathering areas; a 5,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness facility with Peloton bicycles and spa-quality locker rooms; a group fitness studio with on-demand virtual training; and a 100-seat auditorium with an additional 100-seat conferencing facility.
