Pat serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer & Head of Capital.

Pat co-chairs the firm’s Management Committee and is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Operating Committee. Pat oversees the firm’s day-to-day business operations, while also leading capital raising and limited partner relationships for the firm’s investment vehicles with Paul Marcus.

Pat joined Marcus Partners in 2018 from Skanska USA Commercial Development, where he focused on the development of ground-up projects in Boston and Los Angeles.

Pat currently serves as the President-elect of NAIOP Massachusetts.

Pat received a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
