Paul leads the asset management initiatives in the Metro Washington D.C. region.

Prior to joining Marcus Partners, Paul was a Senior Director of Asset Management at Carr Properties for 13 years, covering the Washington Metro assets. Before Carr Properties he was an Asset Manager at CarrAmerica for 6 years, covering the Chicago, Dallas, Austin, Denver, and Salt Lake City assets.

Paul received a B.A. from Auburn University and an M.B.A. from George Mason University.
