Rachel works closely with Firm leadership in supporting multiple facets of the business including operations and compliance. She administers the firm’s compliance program, executes reviews of the program, and ensures the firm is up to date with regulations and SEC guidance. She also supports business operations and corporate strategy by executing on firm-level initiatives, strategy, and implementations.

Prior to joining Marcus Partners, Rachel was a Senior Finance Associate at Bain Capital working in their private equity group. Before that, she worked for EY in their financial services practice.

Rachel received a B.S. in accounting and a Masters in accounting from UMass Amherst.
